Jeremy & Crystal approached Josh & Rosemary with a great idea: to develop a website that promoted great independent restaurants. Jeremy expressed that in this economy the really amazing mom-n-pops places are dropping off the map. Josh & Rosemary caught the vision too and decided to team up with Jeremy & Crystal to support local indie restaurants.

Thus Get on Dining was born.

Simply put, Get on Dining is a multi-faceted restaurant search engine. On the public end, we have a streamlined way for patrons to search for popular, independent, and inexpensive restaurants in various cities and neighborhoods.  Restaurant-goers browse for great places to eat by region, or search directly for what they’re craving. 

The highlight of the site is the "Top Five".

The Top Five is an ever-changing list located on the top-right side of every page. When you are viewing a state you will see the Top Five for that state, when you are viewing a city you will see the Top Five for that city, and so on. The Top Five restaurants are determined by votes and reviews from locals and travelers.

We encourage you to join us in supporting independent restaurants. How? First, get the word out about your favorite indie restaurants by submitting them to our directory. Then go in and rate and review your favorites so others know why you love them. It's easy and doesn't cost a thing!
