The Weekly Gift Card Giveaway: From October 10, 2009 through December 25, 2009, Get on Dining (“Get on Dining” or “Sponsor”) will promote, by means of getondining.com and Twitter.com, the opportunity to submit entries to win a weekly gift card giveaway.

Eligibility: The Get on Dining Restaurant Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Get on Dining or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter: Via online method only, entrants will have the opportunity to win a $25 restaurant Gift Card every week to a local restaurant from Get on Dining. Entries will be accepted starting at 12:01 a.m. on Oct 10, 2009 until Dec 26, 2009. Entrants must have tweeted a message recommending a locally-owned restaurant, city, state, and add "#EatIndie" or "#EatIndie4Hunger" within the tweet or submit a restaurant recommendation through the http://getondining.com/suggest web page. Get on Dining reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason whatsoever.

How to win: The Giveaway winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified entries on or about Oct 17, Oct 24, Oct 31, Nov 7, Nov 14, Nov 21, Nov 28, Dec 5, Dec 12, Dec 19, and Dec 26 (11 gift cards in all). This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on eligible number of entries. Winners will be selected at random using an independent auto-generated selection process available at http://www.random.org/integers/. Prize notification will be completed on a weekly basis. Potential winners will be notified via the @getondining page on Twitter.com or via the email address provided and asked to direct message or email their contact information. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Get on Dining, its promotional agents and co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or shipments, bounced emails, website downtime, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

Weekly Drawing: Each week the winner will each receive a gift card to the restaurant he or she recommended. Total value of the gift card is $25. There are no other prizes.

Unforeseen Events: Get on Dining reserves the right to change this giveaway at it's sole discretion at any time that Get on Dining become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the giveaway security or fairness. Get on Dining reserves the right to announce any giveaway rules changes online, in print, or posters. Get on Dining is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
